Is it normal? My mivec point is on 5krpm. ECU code is 5299.

ohh I forgot to post that this is a gen 2 mivec.

mivec point is 5k rpm
rev limit is 8.6k

mivec point should be 5.2k
rev limit should be at 8.2k

Engine is stock except for a CAI and exhaust.

Is this normal? Im trying to figure out whats wrong.
If my tacho is wrong it should rev limit around 8k? because mivec point is 5k rpm = 5.2k rpm so redline should be at 8k rpm = 8.2k?

tachos are always inaccurate - it will be working when it should.
