I am from the UK but I live in Thailand, I recently put a deposit on this JDM 4G92 MIVEC m/t with LSD

which I plan to swap into my 2005 Lancer

I have a few questions and I am hoping someone can advise me.
I have read this engine should run on 98 octane petrol, but in Thailand the highest octane is 95, what if anything do I need to do to make sure my 4G92 MIVEC runs safely and well on 95? do I need to get the timing adjusted? I appreciate I will lose some potential power running a lower octane fuel than recommended but I have no choice so I just want to be sure the engine runs good and safely.
The exhaust on my Lancer is currently stock but I will be getting a new stainless one made up, what is the best diameter pipe to use to suit the engine without being too loud because this will still be my daily driving car?
When the swap is done how is it best to test the MIVEC is working correctly?
I plan to get an oil pressure and oil temperature gauge fitted, what is the best way to do this, use a sandwich plate on the oil filter or another way?
Is it worth fitting an oil cooler at the time the swap takes place, and if I purchase one for the garage doing the swap to install, what size and is there anything I should be aware of to get a suitable oil cooler for this engine?
