Hai mate i juz pluged in a mivec head into my 4g93 block which is using 81mm mivec piston fully balanced
Acl race bearing. The mivec head is already ported.

The prob i am facing now is the that the response is not as promising as my normal 4g93 twin cam..
My ecu code 7053 with mivec wiring loom..my mivec kicks in 5500 rpm..

Did i get a lemon :(

Have u install a set of adjustable cam pulley to adjust the cam timing coz normally if u change even a thinner gasket u have to recheck the cam timing, some more changing higher block?...improper cam timing will cause power lost...

Make sure the cam timing and Ignition timing is set correct....
What is the thickness of the head gasket??? Any knocking sound during acceleration?
Maybe can try advance the ignition timing abit see its feel better..... but dont advance too much, it will causing knocking problem...

Still need to do some fine tuning to get it perform well....
